PROPORTION OF INGREDIENTS: Pearl Millet 15%, Foxtail Millet 15%, Finger Millet 15%, Little Millet 15%, Proso Millet 10%, Rolled Oats 5%, Raw Nendrankaya powder 5%, Raw Kannankaya Powder 5%, Black Chickpeas 5%, Peanuts 4%, Almonds 1%, Cashews 1%, Walnuts 1%, Sunflower seeds 1%, Flax seeds 1%, Black Sesame seeds 1%.
PREPARATION: Mix 1 table spoon (15 grams) powder in 120 ml water and boil well. Two times a day. You may add 1 tea spoon honey or 1 tea spoon ghee, salt or jaggery powder for taste and flavour.

PREPARE YOURSELF: Include in your diet: High protein fruits, Chicken, Fish, Egg, Vegetables. Do regular exercises, practice relaxation techniques like meditation or yoga. Don’t consume more than 100 grams millets a day because of digestive issues. Drink more water when eating millet because millets are high in fiber, and water is needed to help digest this fiber and prevent digestive issues like gas and bloating.
