INGREDIENTS: Finger Millet, Pearl Millet, Foxtail Millet, Rolled Oats, Nendran Banana Powder, Kannan Banana Powder, Lotus seeds, Cinnamon, Cloves, Poppy seeds, Black pepper, Black Sesame seeds, Himalayan Pink Salt.

PROPORTION OF INGREDIENTS: Finger Millet 20%, Pearl Millet 20%, Foxtail Millet 20%, Quinoa 10%, Rolled Oats 10%, Nendran Banana Powder 5%, Kannan Banana Powder 5%, Lotus Seeds 2%, Cinnamon 1%, Cloves 1%, Poppy seeds 1%, Black Pepper 2%, Black Sesame seeds 2%, Pink Salt 1%.

PREPARATION: Mix 1 Table spoon (15 grams) powder in 120 ml water (1 medium glass of water) and boil well. Serve hot. Once in a day.

PREPARE YOURSELF: Take adequate Vitamin D through Sun exposure. Eat mushrooms, fish, eggs etc. Include ghee in your meals. For a better healthy life do regular exercises, practice meditation and yoga. Don’t consume more than 100 grams millets a day because of digestive issues. Drink more water when eating millet because millets are high in fiber, and water is needed to help digest this fiber and prevent digestive issues like gas and bloating.
