PROPORTION OF INGREDIENTS: 10% Foxtail Millet, 10% Pearl Millet, 15% Proso Millet, 10% Barnyard Millet, 10% Rolled Oats, 5% Quinoa, 5% Nendran Banana Powders, 5% Kannankaya Powder, 5% horse gram, 3% hemp seeds, 3% pumpkin seeds, 3% sunflower seeds, 3% chia seeds, 3% mustard seeds, 3% fenugreek, 3% black pepper, 3% caraway seeds, 1% pink salt.
PREPARATION: Mix 1 Table spoon (15 grams) Powder in 120 ml water (1 medium glass of water) and boil well. Serve hot once in a day.

PREPARE YOURSELF: For a better healthy life do regular exercises, practice meditation and yoga. Don’t consume more than 100 grams millets a day because of digestive issues. Drink more water when eating millet because millets are high in fiber, and water is needed to help digest this fiber and prevent digestive issues like gas and bloating.
