PROPORTION OF INGREDIENTS: Little Millet 20%, Foxtail Millet 20%, Barnyard Millet 10%, Kodo Millet 10%, Browntop Millet 10%, Fenugreek 2%, Garlic 2%, Dry Ginger 2%, Pumpkin seeds 3%, Flax seeds 3%, Chia seeds 3%, Hemp seeds 3%, Lotus seeds 3%, Sesame seeds 3%, Cloves 1%, Almonds 2%, Pistachios 2%, Saffron 1%, Pink Salt 1%.
Allergens: Contains Nuts, Tree Nuts, Seeds, Spices
PREPARATION: Mix 1 table spoon (15 grams) powder in 120 ml water and boil well. Take one glass in the morning and one glass 1 hour before bed. You can add 1 teaspoon honey for taste and flavour. You can also add 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon fresh ginger juice, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice for better results.
PREPARE YOURSELF: Do regular exercises, practice relaxation techniques like meditation or yoga. Don’t consume more than 100 grams millets a day because of digestive issues. Drink more water when eating millet because millets are high in fiber, and water is needed to help digest this fiber and prevent digestive issues like gas and bloating.
