PROPORTION OF INGREDIENTS: Pearl Millets 3%, Finger Millets 3%, Little Millets 3%, Foxtail Millets 3%, Sorghum Millets (White) 3%, Barnyard Millets 3%, Browntop Millets 3%, Kodo Millets 3%, Proso Millets 3%, Navara Rice 24%, Moong Dal 24%, Black Pepper 9%, Cumin 9%, Dry Ginger Powder 2%, Cashew 4%, Iodized salt 1%.
You can take Millet and Grain food products as breakfast, lunch and dinner.
PREPARATION: Boil 180 ml water and add 60 grams Pongal mix (for 1 cup mix 3 cup water), for one person per time, and cook in pressure cooker till 3 whistles. Rest it for 10 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon ghee and curry leaves and serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar. Options: You can add cashews, ginger, curry leaves fried in ghee for flavour and more taste.

PREPARE YOURSELF: For a better healthy life do regular exercises, practice meditation and yoga. Drink more water when eating millet because millets are high in fiber, and water is needed to help digest this fiber and prevent digestive issues like gas and bloating.
