Process: All orders received shall be processed and shipped the next day, subject to availability of the products. Orders shall be shipped through our trusted logistic partners or India Posts.
Timelines: Estimated delivery date of each order is 4-5 days from order processing day (excluding local holidays) for the orders received from states and places Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata. For other states and places and for remote areas it can be 4-8 days. This is estimated days only and the Company shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery or for any compensation.
Shipping Charges: Orders valued above Rs. 1501 shall be despatched free of cost. For less value orders Rs. 60 will be charged for each 500g weight for the states and places Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata and Rs. 90 will be charged for other states and places.
Delivery and Proof of Delivery Policy: If a customer requests proof of delivery, we will arrange to send it through WhatsApp. It may take up to 72 hours.
Shipping Options: Local Pickup: If an order is received from a customer where we have stockist, the customer can pick up the item from the stockist. In that case courier charges will not be applicable.
Delay in Delivery Due to Courier Issues: If there is a delay in delivery caused by the courier company/postal department (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, or operational issues), we will provide updates to customers as soon as we are informed by the courier service/postal department.
