Millet is a group of small-seeded cereal grasses grown for their edible seeds, known for being highly nutritious, gluten-free, and incredibly hardy, thriving in dry, hot conditions where other crops fail, making them crucial food staples in Asia and Africa and popular for birdseed globally.
