PROPORTION OF INGREDIENTS: Finger Millet 30%, Pearl Millet 15%, Proso Millet 15%, Sorghum White Millet 15%, Green gram 4%, Black Chickpeas 4%, Peanuts 4%, Almonds 1%, Cashew 1%, Pistachios 1%, Sunflower seeds 1%, Pumpkin seeds 1%, Hemp seeds 1%, Flax seeds 1%, Chia seeds 1%, Turmeric 1%, Cumin 1%, Black Pepper 1%, Garlic 1%, Pink salt 1%.

PREPARATION: Mix 1 tea spoon (10 grams) powder in 120 ml water and boil well. Once a day.
