PROPORTION OF INGREDIENTS: Finger Millet 15%, Barnyard Millet 10%, Pearl Millet 10%, Sorghum Millet White 10%, Foxtail Millet 10%, Kodo Millet 10%, Little Millet 10%, Flax seeds 2%, Sesame seeds 2%, Hemp seeds 2%, Pumpkin seeds 2%, Alive seeds 2%, Sunflower seeds 2%, Cumin 2%, Turmeric 2%, Dry ginger 2%, Fenugreek 2%, Cashew 1%, Peanut 1%, Almonds 1%, Pistachios 1%, Pink salt 1%.

PREPARATION: Mix 1 table spoon (15 grams) powder in 120 ml water and boil well. Take one glass in the morning and one glass 1 hour before bed. You can add 1 teaspoon honey for taste and flavour.

PREPARE YOURSELF: Include in your Food: citrus, fruits, guava, bell peppers, beetroots, chickpeas, beans, etc. Do regular exercises, practice relaxation techniques like meditation or yoga. Don’t consume more than 100 grams millets a day because of digestive issues. Drink more water when eating millet because millets are high in fiber, and water is needed to help digest this fiber and prevent digestive issues like gas and bloating.
