PROPORTION OF INGREDIENTS: Finger Millet 20%, Pearl Millet 20% , Proso Millet 10%, Foxtail Millet 10%, Kodo Millet 10%, Sunflower Seeds 2%, Flax seeds 2%, Black Sesame seeds 2%, Chia seeds 2%, Pumpkin seeds 2%, Fennel seeds 2%, Valerian root 3%, Almonds 3%, Walnuts 3%, Cashew 3%, Cinnamon 1%, Turmeric 1%, Dry ginger 2%, Saffron 1%, Pink Salt 1%.
PREPARATION: Mix 1 table spoon Millet Menopause 40+ mix in 120 ml water and boil well. Take one glass in the morning and one glass 1 hour before bed.

PREPARE YOURSELF: Do regular exercises, practice relaxation techniques like meditation or yoga. Don’t consume more than 100 grams millets a day because of digestive issues. Drink more water when eating millet because millets are high in fiber, and water is needed to help digest this fiber and prevent digestive issues like gas and bloating.
