Veda’s Millet Muesli is a mixture of grains, nuts and dried fruits, offering a good balance of fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals. Muesli promotes heart health, supports gut health, assists weight management and provides antioxidants.

Ingredients: Sorghum millet flakes, Pearl millet flakes, Little millet flakes, Kodo millet flakes, Foxtail millet flakes, Finger millet flakes, Barnyard millet flakes, Oats, Wheat flakes, Rice flakes, Corn flakes, Almond, Wallnuts, Cashew, Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seeds, Chia seeds, Cinnamon, Pepper, Dry Ginger powder, Himalayan pink salt.

Millets – Low in calories and a good source of protein, fiber, and other micro-nutrients. Supports cardiovascular health, and prevents the onset of diabetes.

Oats: High in protein.

Corn Flakes: Provides fortified nutrients like iron, folic acid, B vitamins providing a quick energy. Supports digestive health and immunity.

Wheat Flakes: High in protein which aids in healthy digestion and helps manage cholesterol.

Rice Flakes: Provides energy, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to support brain function and overall health.

Seeds, nuts and dried fruits offer numerous health benefits like heart health, disease prevention and blood sugar controls.

USAGE: Take 40 grams of muesli and add 120 ml warm milk (add 1 tsp jaggery or honey for sweetness). Allow it soak for a minute. You can also add yogurt instead of honey/jaggery.

PREPARE YOURSELF: For a better healthy life do regular exercises, practice meditation and yoga. Don’t consume more than 100 grams millets a day because of digestive issues. Drink more water when eating millet because millets are high in fiber, and water is needed to help digest this fiber and prevent digestive issues like gas and bloating.

Caution: People with existing health issues/illness/specific health conditions, such as thyroid disorders, kidney issues/kidney stone (due to oxalates), or grain allergies, sensitive digestive systems or low gastric acidity or colon inflammation should avoid millet or consume it in moderation.
