PROPORTION OF INGREDIENTS: Foxtail Millets 15%, Finger Millets 15%, Kodo Millets 15%, Barnyard Millets 10%, Little Millets 10%, Black Rice 5%, Horse Gram 4%, Cumin 4%, Black Sesame 4% Ajwain 4%, Dry ginger 4%, Cinnamon 2%, Fenugreek 2%, Black Pepper 2%, Flax seeds 1%, Chia seeds 1%, Pumpkin seeds 1%, Himalayan Pink Salt 1%.

PREPARATION: Mix 1 Table spoon (15 grams) powder in 120 ml water (1 medium glass of water) and boil well. Serve hot once in the morning and once in the evening.  You can add 1 teaspoon lemon juice or honey for flavor and taste.
