Return and Refund Policy

All the products are “made to order” type and therefore returns are not accepted. In case you received the product in damaged condition return and refund is accepted. But note that the products will remain in tact always, and there is rare chance of the packing get damaged in transit.

Conditions: In case you received the product in damaged and unusable condition, please send photograph and video of the packing received and the damaged product within 2 days of delivery date through WhatsApp or E-mail.  We shall then arrange the product replacement in case you wish or process the refund within 4 days and the payment shall be done through the original payment method, i.e., the same way how you made the payment.

However, please read the product description and the “Caution” information thoroughly before placing the order. In case you placed a wrong order/wrong product return and refund shall be accepted only on the condition that you pay the shipping cost paid by us and the return shipping cost.

Return to Origin:  In cases a package is returned to Origin due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or unavailability of the recipient, we will re-dispatch the product, once received back from the courier company, but courier charges will be applicable.
