PROPORTION OF INGREDIENTS: Pearl Millets 5%, Finger Millets 5%, Little Millets 5%, Foxtail Millets 5%, Sorghum Millets (White) 5%, Barnyard Millets 5%, Browntop Millets 5%, Kodo Millets 5%, Proso Millets 5%, Wheat Flour 54%, Iodized Salt 1%.
You can take Millet and Grain food products as breakfast, lunch and dinner.
PREPARATION: Take 80 grams (for one person per time) Poori/Chappathi mix and a little oil (for 1 cup mix one third cup water) and mix water and make dough, if more water is needed use hot water. Cook in above medium flame. Apply ghee on chappathi for flavour and taste. Serve hot with side dish.
