INGREDIENTS AND PROPORTION OF INGREDIENTS: Suji (Semolina) 34.5%, Mixed Millets 36% (Finger, Kodo, Barnyard, Little, Foxtail, Proso, Browntop, Pearl, Sorghum), Navara Red Rice 14%, Cashews 3%, Peanuts 3%, Chana Dal 2%, Black Gram 2%, Sesame Seeds 2%, Himalayan Pink Salt 1%, Spices 2.5% (Red Chilli, Cardamom, Cloves, Ginger, Cinnamon).
PREPARATION: Boil 2 cups of water and add 1 cup Upma mix (for one person per time), and mix well. Cook with lid closed, for 15 minutes in low flame. Stir 2-3 times. Rest it for 10 minutes. Serve hot. You can add 1 teaspoon ghee for flavour. Options: You can mix vegetables. Or, fry mustard, ginger, green chilli in oil, add water, boil, then add the mix.

PREPARE YOURSELF: You can take Millet and Grain food products as breakfast, lunch and dinner. For a better healthy life do regular exercises, practice meditation and yoga. Drink more water when eating millet because millets are high in fiber, and water is needed to help digest this fiber and prevent digestive issues like gas and bloating.
